Firing Line Friday: Human Rights in the USSR

In the hopes of encouraging a more civil, and illuminating, discourse, here is another episode of William F. Buckley, Jr.’s “Firing Line”.

With war between Russia and Ukraine one must wonder how the successor the USSR, the Russian Federation, is still like the USSR in some ways, or may become like the USSR as event unfold. To examine just how bad it got for dissidents, William F. Buckley, Jr. interviews Vladimir Konstantinovich Bukovskiĭ on the question of human rights in the USSR.

     Until next Friday.
