Invasions, the migration of peoples, and the displacement and replacement of other peoples has been the norm across the globe since time immemorial. The strong replace the weak, with declining empires practically inviting invaders to replace them. In modern Europe, they are not practically inviting invaders to replace them, they are literally doing so, and with great moral applause.
This isn’t a matter of helping a few poor women and children refugees. But an open stampede of those who want to take advantage of the European welfare state. Rather than a position of ignorance, the powers-that-be, such as with in Sweden, are against assimilation and are more than happy to let these invaders destroy the vestiges of Western Civilization, in the deluded idea that these so-called powers-that-be will then somehow be able to create a socialist utopia amidst an aggressive and alien people.
And there are plenty of invaders who openly admit that this is an invasion and that they will solve Europe’s population implosion by breeding under their conquest:

This is a difference between a healthy and expanding civilization and one that is morbund: The former, if it were deemed morally important, would go to the source of the problem and take care of the root of the matter at its source; the latter would invite that problem to spread to them, like a bird inviting a cuckoo to lay her eggs in the nest.
Your right to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and many others have been found by courts to stop at the door of commerce. Indeed, sacrificing these rights under the dictate of judges and politicians is “the price of citizenship“. The right of businesses has been constrained and negated… when it serves the biased aims of the state.
However, would a court side with a truly fundamental right, when lesser and eve non-existed ones are imposed? In Utah, the answer is “YES”.
The Utah Supreme Court ruled that the right of an employee to defend themself at work is a fundamental right, and declared: “We conclude that the policy favoring the right of self-defense is a public policy of sufficient clarity and weight to qualify as an exception to the at-will employment doctrine.”
One can take the position that this is in error as a business can impose any imposition that an employee has agree to abide to, but you can not legitimately that that position if you concede that pseudo-rights can be imposed on businesses, but the most fundamental of rights can not.
Los Angeles is a very horizontal city which spreads out rather than builds up. For decades it was illegal to build a building taller than the L.A. city call. It is, and remains, a car culture where you need a car to get around, at least get around safely and when you want.
L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti and the L.A. City Council have decided that the people of L.A. don’t really know what they want and must be forced to take public transportation… and bicycles!
