Firing Line Friday: Corporal Punishment

     In the hopes of encouraging a more civil, and illuminating, discourse, here is another episode of William F. Buckley, Jr.’s “Firing Line”.

     Even those who do not believe in corporal punishment believe that there are some who need to be at least metaphorically spanked. With chaos returning to many public schools under “restorative justice”, let us look back half a century ago when a very different method of correcting bad behavior in schools with William F. Buckley, Jr. discussing the question of corporal punishment with Timothy Hands, Victor O’Dwyer, Kenton Sparks, Peter Newell, C. C. Kuper, and Robert Edwards.
