New York Gov. Andrew “Madness” Cuomo is currently pushing a “Reproductive Health Act” which would, among other things, make attacking a pregnant woman by punching her in her stomach “even if she is eight and a half months pregnant” no longer chargeable for murder.
This goes far beyond whether a woman can legally decide to have an abortion or not. It strips protections away from both mother and child. It is not “pro-choice,” for the women who are attacked did not choose, but rather “pro-criminal.”
First he strips away a woman’s right to defend herself with a firearm, and now he makes part of her assault no longer criminal.
So, just who is waging a “war on women”?
