Complexity of Gender

Apparently “gender” is sooo complex that it requires a plethora of insanity to just describe.

Aside from the scant few who have non-XX or non-XY chromosomes, or those whose outward sex is in contrast with their genetic make-up due to aberrant para-natal environments, the answer to what gender you are is as easy as looking down…

Hmm…ya know, when I was a kid, whenever we wanted to invent new words and worlds out of wholecloth, we just played D&D. And occasionally got accused of being unable to tell fantasy from reality.

When millennials want to invent new words and worlds, they do it in real life, and pretend that their fantasy actually *is* reality.

I refuse to recognize gender as anything but a linguistic construct for the purpose of describing people based on biological sex.

There are two biological sexes. There are two genders.

There is no spiritual component to it. There is no “soul born in a wrong body”, and even if there was, that’s a religious idea by default (since it concerns souls), and one alien to my canon which I refuse to recognize.
