With technology and warfare seemingly changing rapidly these days in both howi t is fought and what tactics are used, the question of what we should be investing in militarily is a highly debatable one. After all just throwing good money after bad or soon-to-be obsolete systems is wise and sometimes less can be more if wisely invested.
