     In the hopes of encouraging a more civil, and illuminating, discourse, here is another episode of William F. Buckley, Jr.’s “Firing Line”.

     With “red flag” laws being a topic of current debate, particularly with the focus on mental health and preemptive actions against potential killers, let us look back on when William F.
