Quick Takes – Genderless Education: Genderless Research; Genderless Bathrooms; Genderless Students

     Another “quick takes” on items where there is too little to say to make a complete article, but is still important enough to comment on.

     The focus this time: Academic Eunuchs

     First, a little bit of mood music:

     Transgenderism has been declared “settled science”? Does this mean that research into the possibility of regrets over “sex change” operations doesn’t exist?

     Of course not.

“A researcher has been refused permission to study cases of people who have surgery to reverse gender reassignment by a university that said it risked generating controversy on social media sites.

“The proposal was rejected with an explanation noting that it was a potentially ‘politically incorrect’ piece of research and could lead to material being posted online that ‘may be detrimental to the reputation of the institution’.

“James Caspian, a psychotherapist, who wanted to conduct the research for a master’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy at Bath Spa University, accused it of failing to follow ‘the most basic tenets of academic and intellectual freedom of enquiry’.”

     Perhaps this is why with the argument in academia “settled”, Columbia University is deluded enough to believe that “gender inclusive” accommodations are not inconsistent with evolutionary biology.

“Columbia University students recently voted against a proposal that would make all restrooms on a dorm-floor ‘gender inclusive.’

“Students living in at least five of the elite school’s residence halls voted floor-by-floor to determine whether their male- and female-designed restrooms would be made ‘gender inclusive,’ a practice made possible under a new Columbia University Residence Life Policy.

“According to The Columbia Spectator, the new policy mandates that the implementation of gender-neutral bathrooms be decided upon by a ‘majority vote’ among residents within at least five of the the university’s dorms.”

     In other words, if you are in the unbrainwashed minority, a woman will have to shower or perhaps even share a dorm room with a man. Yet we are told that men are all rapists…

     One way to avoid being accused as a rapist for being a man is to not identify as one. Of course, some people still refuse to play this “gender” game:

“Nick Davis is someone who likes to stand up for common sense and his personal beliefs.

“He certainly did that last year when he launched Students for Trump at Ohio State University, working ‘to help create an environment on this very liberal campus where people can openly support Donald Trump,’ as he put it.

“Today, he continues to buck left-leaning tendencies at the state’s flagship campus. Recently Davis, a member of the Undergraduate Student Government’s General Assembly, declined to put his preferred gender pronouns on his name tag.

“Of the 40 student senators, Davis is the only one who did not go along with adding it.”

     LITERALLY Hitler, ain’t he…
